Indus Learning Channel

Indus Learning Channel is a unique app for conducting assessments before and after trainings. Pre-training assessments can be taken on the mobile, with the objective of knowing how much the trainees knows about certain fundamentals skills in order to perform their jobs efficiently. Post-training assessments are conducted after the employees have undergone the training, post which they are asked the same questions as the pre-training. A comparison is made after this, to analyze the extent of the success of the training programme, in terms of coverage of concepts as well as successful, on-field implementation of those concepts by the trainees.

Ön eğitim değerlendirmeler kursiyerlerin verimli işlerini gerçekleştirmek amacıyla bazı temel becerileri bilir ne kadar bilmenin amacı ile, mobil alınabilir. Çalışanlar öncesi eğitim aynı sorular sorulur eğitimi, yazı geçirmiş sonra eğitim sonrası değerlendirmeler yapılmaktadır. Bir karşılaştırma kavramlarının kapsamı bakımından yanı sıra kursiyerler tarafından bu kavramların başarılı on-alan uygulamasında, eğitim programının başarı derecesini analiz etmek, bundan sonra yapılır.
